McKesson's Social Media Presence
The Challenge

To drive social media engagement and career page traffic up, McKesson Corporation's social media team approached me looking for an elegant, easy to use solution to allow employees with no design background to submit on-brand social media content.

The Solution

To offer full coverage for every employee, I designed and produced 3 sets of social media templates for different users; a limited PowerPoint template for employees with limited design experience, an extended PowerPoint template, and an Adobe Illustrator template file for internal designers.
Results

McKesson's social media engagement increased by 528%, with a social media engagement rate increase avg. 2.8%.
Careers web page visits from social media posts had increased 87%, clicks to Workday job portal increased 46%
